Morreen Rukin Bayles is the President of Philadelphia-based Creative Restaurant Solutions, Inc., an operations and training consulting firm that partners with restaurant and foodservice companies to create a culture fostering highly engaged employees who are focused on increasing the bottom line. CRS, Inc. does this through uniquely effective surveys aimed at continuous improvement at all stages of the employment life cycle. Types of surveys are exit interviews, training completion interviews, HR and Training assessments, and employee engagement surveys, just to name a few. Prior to starting CRS, Inc., Morreen worked in various operational roles for such companies as Houlihan's, Red Lobster, Au Bon Pain, and Boston Market.
